Terms of Service

Last updated: 5/5/2026

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of Chatly (the "Service"), provided by TinyBot("TinyBot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and have the authority to bind your organization (if applicable) and are of legal age to do so.

3. The Service

Chatly provides AI-powered chatbot tools that can be embedded on customer websites, including knowledge-base training, lead capture, and analytics.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limitation):

5. AI outputs

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, your use of outputs, verifying accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. We may filter, refuse, or moderate outputs and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, documentation, and branding, is owned by TinyBot and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data within a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email.
