TinyBot offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Chatly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team via your dashboard and we will assist you. You can also manage your subscription and view invoices from the Billing section of your account at any time.

Eligibility

• Requests made within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal date are eligible.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• For exceptional circumstances outside the 30-day window, contact us — we review on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
