TinyBot offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Chatly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team via your dashboard and we will assist you.

Eligibility

• Requests made within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal date are eligible.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• For exceptional circumstances outside the 30-day window, contact us — we review on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's refund handling.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Payment, billing, and refund mechanics are ultimately governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
